Ilze is a skilled and compassionate counsellor specializing in person-centred therapy. She has been involved at Hospice, LifeLine WC, Goeie Hoop Psychological Service and Headroom. She facilitates personal growth, self-exploration, and emotional healing.

As a person-centred therapist, Ilze believes in the inherent worth and potential of each individual. You can expect a compassionate and non-directive approach. She is dedicated to creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel accepted, understood, and empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and concerns without judgment.

Ilze is registered with the ASCHP as a Specialist Wellness Counsellor and is completing a Masters degree in psychology. She also holds honours degrees in both industrial psychology and psychology (cum laude). She completed a diploma in communication and counselling at the South African College of Applied Psychology.
